David’s Shuster responsibilities include business development, client service and helping clients achieve their investment objectives using diversification and asset allocation techniques. David manages the IMS branch in Seattle, Washington. David has earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Antioch University, an MBA from City University and he has his Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 securities licenses.  Prior to joining IMS, David spent 4 years at Charles Schwab where he was a Vice President / Financial Consultant responsible for managing over $400 million in client relationships, growing assets under management, advising high net worth clients, and providing them with an outstanding client experience.
